In 2009, eight celadon Buddha statues elaborately produced by Yan Weien's studio team members were put into the Millennium ancient pagoda-Huayan Pagoda Underground Palace for permanent preservation.

20 14 Entrusted by the Ministry of Culture, China participated in the 4th Tunisia World Ceramics Forum. Music-fired ceramic work "Empty Color" and Longquan celadon work "Exhibition Series" were collected by Tunisia National Ceramic Center and Tunisia Ministry of Culture respectively.

"Green" is a simple, energetic, beautiful and harmonious color. Pick a ray of green, smile, wash away the lead, and show the original color of life. The beauty of celadon lies in Longquan-putting life into the melting pot of years to absorb light and heat, and finally getting simple, natural and simple beauty with rich texture.

We may think that the glaze color of Longquan celadon is relatively simple, because the glaze color of Longquan kiln is too famous, such as pink and plum. If you go to the old kiln site in Longquan to see the old porcelain pieces left behind, you will find that its glaze color is really rich. In addition to pink green, plum green, bean green, azure and other glaze colors, there are also various glaze colors such as gray green, rice gray, beige, beige, eel yellow and crab yellow.

Borrow celadon, do as the Romans do, make art alive and make life artistic. This is the basis for Yan Weien to choose ceramics as a creative carrier. He thinks that ceramics is the best medium between art and life, so he pays more attention to this aspect. Based on this, he hopes to express his understanding of life and art through Longquan celadon, improve people's quality of life and enhance people's quality of life.

At the beginning of 2008, Wayne was entrusted by the government to create eight celadon statues for the treasures of Huayan Tower Underground Palace. In September 2009, these eight celadon Buddha statues were invited to the underground palace of Huayanta for permanent preservation. Based on this opportunity, he learned more about Buddhist sculpture art and Buddhist aesthetics, which had a great influence on his later creative style.

Wayne thinks Longquan celadon is like China's calligraphy, with only lines and even dots, but it changes endlessly and is full of weather. The styles of calligraphy works written by people with different skills and tastes are completely different. The same is true of Longquan celadon. In addition to solid porcelain-making skills, it also requires the author to have a believer-like piety, a craftsman-like spirit and a poet-like feeling in order to achieve a good celadon.

Life, you can meditate, you can travel, you can study, you can learn art, you can stick to your dreams, and you can work hard for your dreams. . . You can't just be stupid.
