More Spring Double: Let all the people in China write Chinese characters well.

Workers' Daily (2065438+May 03, 2004, 07 edition) reporter Li Guo intern Li Na.

A farm worker who only attended primary school for three years compiled more than 1 0 million words and distributed nearly10 million copies at home and abroad; Only by adding an extra box to Chinese characters, the Millennium mystery of Chinese character writing was successfully solved, and the arduous course of "fostering research with art and promoting art with research" began. He was promoted to the national first-class artist, enjoyed the special allowance of the State Council, and won the "National Staff Self-taught Award" ... His name is Du Chunshuang.

Ups and downs are life.

"The wind and rain, flowers, birds, insects and fish are the world, and the ups and downs of loyalty, filial piety, wisdom and courage are life." This is a couplet given to Yan Chunshuang. In his view, experiencing everything in the world is a rich life. His handwriting is like a runaway horse, pretending to be a wild horse. His regular script, running script, cursive script and sculpture are all wonderful and vivid, and there is a chivalrous spirit in his character.

Du Chunshuang's calligraphy works are full of creativity and passion. He used a giant pen with six mops tied, and spent 65,438+00 kilograms of ink to write the magical word "Dragon" on a 60-square-meter white cloth, which can be disassembled into different Chinese characters, such as "loong flies in Wan Li" and "Dragon flies in the sky". He once wrote the word "Fa", which is 4.5 meters high and 2.4 meters wide, which is the largest in China, and embedded the words "fairness, justice, honesty and efficiency" in it and sealed it on the wall of the main hall of the People's Court of Tongliang County, Chongqing. On the boulder on August Mountain in Tongliang, the two characters of "dragon" and "tiger" he wrote still stand, forming a tiger sitting on a dragon plate.

In Du Chunshuang's view, all art comes from technology at the beginning, technology comes first, then art. 1990 summer vacation, he coached students to practice calligraphy in Mi Zige. No matter how to explain and correct it, every word he wrote put Mi Zige in a full frame, and the shelf structure was very ugly. Thaksin observed it for a long time and added an inner box to Mi Zige, stipulating that students must write the strokes of Chinese characters in the inner box, and the font should be neat and symmetrical.

Du Chunshuang is as excited as discovering the new continent. He named a rice grid with an inner frame Huimig, designed the size and adjusted the font on the computer, and then put the radical placement, stroke arrangement and structure density into the specified grid, which formed the theoretical basis for Huimig to write Chinese characters quickly. Soon, the power of attorney from the State Patent Office came, and the "Yi's MiG" and "Chinese character quick method" developed by Yan Chunshuang won national patents, which successively formed "Yi's first generation calligraphy technology" and "Yi's second generation calligraphy technology", becoming the first person in China calligraphy history to obtain national patents by using Chinese character naming method.

From the national first-class artist to the winner of the special government allowance of the State Council, from the "National Worker Self-taught Award" to the Chongqing model worker, today's blossoming spring cream can be described as an equal honor. However, his exploration of Chinese character technology has not stopped. He created the second generation China calligraphy technique-geometric square writing method of Chinese characters, which divided Chinese characters into five squares, such as triangle, square, trapezoid and polygon, and taught people to write Chinese characters like "playing with building blocks" in the process of splitting and reorganizing, which could shorten the practice time of traditional calligraphy method in China by 95% and enable foreigners to write neat Chinese characters with one stroke.

Born with hesitation and ambition.

55 years ago, Chongqing Tongliang. The birth of Yu Chunshuang gave a poor family a third child. In order to maintain the family's food and clothing, my father bought and sold red peony everywhere, and his income was meager.

However, in an era when the free circulation of goods is forbidden, my father was sentenced to eight years in prison for speculation. Just when eight years were about to pass, Yan Chunshuang didn't expect his father to be released from prison, but he waited for a cold death notice. Why did my father die and where the body was? There is no answer.

That year, Yu Chunshuang was 9 years old. Overwhelmed poor families are teetering under this sad blow. Mother shouldered the burden of life alone and set up a cold water stall when she went out early and returned late. Such a meager business can hardly fill the stomachs of four children. As long as you see something edible in the garbage, Yu Chunshuang will put it in his mouth immediately. However, despite such difficult times, Du Chunshuang still maintains an optimistic childlike innocence and always believes that life will always change.

300 meters away from Duochun's home, there lived Sun Kongmen, a scholar in the late Qing Dynasty. Sun Kongmen died young and his widow was old and childless. Duo Chunshuang often helped to carry water and grain, which won the love of the old people. So he gave Sun Kongmen's calligraphy legacy to each other, which inadvertently opened Duo Chunshuang's endless exploration of calligraphy art.

The pen and ink in the volume reveals the magic between the horizontal and vertical directions, which completely fascinates the pure double. Before going to bed in the morning, he began to copy these single books selflessly, which added a joy to the poor life.

Families that can't even afford food and clothing are eager to go to school with their pure parents. He quietly ran to Bayue Mountain, looking for a small worker to transport coal to make money. Long-term malnutrition made Yuchun skinny, and he finally begged a coal factory to let him carry coal with his backpack. After traveling again and again, my back is swollen and my shoulder is broken, but my daily income is only 1 cent. All summer, at the moment when he saved enough tuition, he jumped up and down with excitement and burst into tears.

Duo Chunshuang, who entered the campus with the reputation of "Black Five", finally brought hope to his bleak life. In Chinese class, the teacher held up an exercise book: "Students in Grade Three write better than students in Grade Six. This is Ji Chunshuang's homework. I hope everyone will look up to him and practice good handwriting! " At that moment, Yu Chunshuang couldn't believe his ears.

From then on, an ideal seed was sown in Du Chun's desolate heart, and he began to study calligraphy harder.

Fate is impermanent, and the unrest is getting worse. My mother was beaten as a "ghost monster" because her husband was a criminal. Yan Chunshuang, who just finished the third grade of primary school, was also expelled from school. He climbed to Qingshan to carry phosphate rock and bamboo and helped his family by coolies.

Everything has changed. The only thing that hasn't changed is Du Chunshuang's determination to learn calligraphy, because he always remembers the teacher's words-"Words are hammers, which are extremely useful". If there is no paper, write it on the wallboard; Without a pen, dead branches can make do; Without ink, charcoal can replace it. Sun Kongmen's teachings have long been memorized by heart, and the square characters on the poster have been copied thousands of times. Unable to find the pure decision of copybook, I went to the cemetery to print the tombstone into a post.

The mother would not allow her children to go to the cemetery, so Yu Chunshuang had to wait until her family fell asleep before she acted quietly. In the middle of the night, the cemetery is extremely scary, and the slightest sign of trouble will make you break out in a cold sweat. Despite all this, Du Chunshuang took out the waste batteries she picked up, crushed them into carbon rods, and added water to make ink. She used starlight to carve words in the cemetery alone and took them home to practice copying.

1975, educated youth went to the countryside like a storm, 17-year-old Duo Chunshuang was sent to the second team of the poorest ravine Dashui Commune in Tongliang District. As a "black five" child, he can only stay alone in the educated youth point of Yuqing Mountain with only three brick walls. In the long and difficult night, he collected yellow sand from the mountain and spread it on the ground, tied the branches into pens, lit the pine branches and wrote freely in the sand, often practicing until dawn.

When the educated youth returned to the city, Duo Chunshuang was assigned to the farm in Tongliang District as a worker, plowing and raking fields every day, picking manure and digging. The dormitory where he lives is transformed from a pigsty. Bricks are stacked obliquely in the half-high stone circle fence, forming four walls, the roof is accessible, and the ground is wet and seeping. The sun pours all over the house during the day, and you can see the stars when you lie in bed at night. Duo Chunshuang jokingly called this 6-square-meter short room "Storm Building" and called itself "Storm Building Owner".

The summer heat in Chongqing is unbearable, and the "wind and rain building" is not ventilated on all sides, just like baking in a gossip furnace. At noon, when the sun is hottest, the workers hide in the shade and rest, hang the scales on their wrists with pure pairs, write on the sand table with iron cones to exercise their wrists, and learn the unique skill of penetrating the back of the paper, so that sweat can flow down the writing wrists. It's really hot and difficult to take a bath in the pigsty.

On the farm, Duo Chunshuang is a famous madman, "uneducated but dreaming of calligraphers", "insane" and "taking the wrong medicine". Even the good-hearted people who have grown up for many years advised him to "accept his fate and don't be crazy." However, adversity did not make him decadent, but inspired his invincible perseverance. His whole body and mind are open to the ideal, no matter how difficult it is, he will never put down his pen.

Seeing that Du Chunshuang was so obsessed with calligraphy, farm technician Tang introduced him to learn from Tang, a retired teacher of Tongliang Normal School. For the first time, Du Chunshuang saw Hu Bi, Hui Mo, Xuan Paper and Xia Shuo. The first time I got to know Yan Zhenqing, Liu Gongquan, Chu Suiliang and Mi Fei, my calligraphy skills made a qualitative leap.

Life is like this. When it closes a door, there must be another door open for the self-improvement people. De Chunshuang began to study the poems of Tang and Song Dynasties, visited the ancient temples in the mountains and studied the inscriptions on couplets by calligraphy masters. Finally, he entered the temple of calligraphy art, not only won the gold medal in the first China Calligraphy Competition in Chongqing, but also was accepted as a member of China Calligraphers Association.

People call Du Chunshuang a calligrapher, but he insists that "calligraphers are big and small". The "small" calligrapher means "if you want to write, you can write well", while the "big" calligrapher means "if I write well, it will drive everyone to write well". Now, Yu Chunshuang's dream is to be a "great" calligrapher and give back to the society with the rest of his life to help all those who love heroic culture write Chinese characters well. " This wish has not come true, I will continue to work hard! "Yu Chunshuang said.
