Wen Shu in the World refers to the history, location and history of Nanjing and Nanjing Confucius Temple. Wen Shu in the World originated from the Nanjing Confucian Temple (namely Nanjing Confucius Temple) rebuilt during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty. The words above the square in the early Qing Dynasty were written by the famous calligrapher Chen Shu. The four characters "Wen Shu in the World" on the forehead of this workshop are selected from Yan Zhenqing's copybook, which is the first gate to enter the Confucian Temple. Nanjing Confucius Temple used to be a place where talents gathered. Throughout the ages, countless literati have lingered here, leaving more than 3,000 masterpieces.
