New urgent chapter and textual research
"Urgent Chapter" comes from the cursive script of Yu Shi, Emperor of the Yuan Dynasty in the Western Han Dynasty, and is an enlightening book for children. This calligraphy style is of great significance in the history of calligraphy, and the historical biography Cao Zhang comes from Urgent Chapter. Calligraphers of all ages competed to copy, with official books and explanations in the Tang and Song Dynasties and stone carvings in the Ming Dynasty. In 1950s, calligrapher Gao Ershi began to collect all kinds of notes, textual research, textual research of school-based emergency chapters, Han Li's incomplete bamboo slips, rubbings and ancient calligraphy books. And these articles with less than 2,000 words were researched word by word to correct the mistakes of books handed down from generation to generation. After more than ten years, he wrote a full-length academic monograph on calligraphy in 1969-Urgent Chapter and Textual Research on the New Definition. In May 2009, China Federation of Literary and Art Circles Publishing House photocopied and published according to Gao Ershi's manuscript. The book retains the original font size, adopts traditional ancient line packaging, and the inner page is hand-made rice paper.
