Xu Yiwen, named Xu Hongwen, is a well-known professional painter and poet. In 1985, he graduated from the Chinese Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts with a bachelor's degree. He is currently a professor at the School of Design and Art of Beijing Institute of Technology, the artistic director of Beijing Qingmei Longhu Art Museum, a member of the Chinese Poetry Association, and an executive member of the Art Committee of China National Society of Public Relations. He studied under Li Keran, Zhou Sicong and other artists.
