1. Thumb, forefinger and middle finger naturally bend and pinch the pen from three directions respectively. The ring finger and the little finger naturally bend and lean against the middle finger in turn;
2. The thumb is at the lower left of the pen holder, the index finger is at the upper right of the pen holder, and the middle finger is below the pen holder;
3, the index finger is slightly ahead, and the thumb is behind;
4. The thumb and forefinger hold the pen with the front end of the first knuckle, and the middle finger holds the pen with the upper side of the first knuckle;
5. The upper end of the penholder leans against the highest joint of the index finger, and the penholder forms an angle of about 50 degrees with the paper surface and leans to the right and rear;
6. The pinch point is about one inch (about 3 cm) away from the pen tip;
7. When lifting a pen, you should be "empty in the palm", that is, your fingers should hold the pen firmly, your palm should be empty, and your little finger should not touch your palm;
8, the wrist is straight, and it cannot be hooked or everted.
Writing posture and writing.
(1) Sit up straight, with your shoulders flat, your back straight, your body and head straight, not low. The eyes are about one foot away from the desktop, and the chest is about three inches away from the edge of the table.
(2) Hold the pen straight, the nib should be straight, and it is forbidden to tilt inward (as long as the palm is flat, the nib will naturally move forward); The tip of the index finger is about an inch from the nib. If the pen is not straight or the nib is tilted inward, it is difficult to write well and it is difficult to write well. Even if you write with a pen, you should move your right hand. At the same time, the lines written have no backbone and rhythm, and the font is not generous.
(3) Inclination of the pen: write big letters up, the inclination of the pen is slightly larger, write small letters down, and the inclination of the pen is slightly smaller. Generally, the slope should be inclined at the index finger joint, and the strokes written here are either rigid and flexible. The inclination of the pen is not suitable, and the speed of using the pen is limited, so you can't write floating and verve glyphs, so you shouldn't tilt at the "tiger's mouth".
(4) Hold the pen easily and then move freely; Hold the pen too tightly, and the written words will not be open and generous. According to the middle school lecture, in a class of 50 students, 45 students hold the pen incorrectly or the tip of the pen tilts inward, and so does the university. It is precisely for this reason that these students' handwriting is not like a hook, and the strokes are piled horizontally.
The correct pen holding posture is as follows:
-two strokes against three sets of passes, flexible fingers, appropriate angle, positive direction and light strokes.
"Touching" means touching the pen with the nail root of the middle finger from bottom to top, leaving the pen one inch long, usually when the pencil sharpener turns out of the conical root.
"Second press" refers to squeezing the pen with your thumb from the inside and your index finger from the outside, and then gently pressing it down to make the thumb and index finger exert force, so that the thumb belly is big and soft, and you can hold it tightly without great effort.
"Three sets" means that the ring finger and the little finger are slightly bent back and forth, and the two fingers are attached to the desktop in a plane, and the palm side should be attached to the desktop, so that the middle finger and the whole pen are lifted up to form a stable and vivid pen holding posture.
"Pointing to reality" means that the index finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger are close to reality. "Palm deficiency" means that the ring finger and the little finger should not be rolled back into the palm? With so many postures, two fingers curl back to the palm of your hand, which makes the middle finger lose its grip and leads to unstable writing, that is, the palm is empty. "Wrist flexibility" means that the wrist should be relaxed and flexible, and the effect of "cleverness" can be achieved by using the movement of the wrist when writing.
"Direction" refers to the direction of the pen tip and pen holder. The correct direction of the pen tip should generally point forward, while the direction of the pen holder should be the right rear.
"Pen power" refers to the lightness and heaviness of writing power, that is, to let students experience the different results of lightness and heaviness. When writing, the strokes are thin with light force and thick with gravity. Let the students know that when writing hard words, the strength is different. When you encounter this kind of fine strokes, you can have a sharp effect if you write lightly, and you can have a rough effect when you close the pen.
The methods of writing are: pinching, holding, padding and leaning.
Pinch: Pinch the tip of the pen with your thumb and forefinger. The first joint of the index finger cannot be bent.
Support: hold the pen from the inside out in the way that the left side of the upper end of the middle finger nail is connected with the meat. This is the hardest place to write. If you write for a long time, you will press out the pit and even grind the cocoon. If you don't push hard here, you can't hold the pen stably and you can't hold it well.
Pad: Put your forearm, wrist and little finger on the table. Please pad the ring finger and the little finger under the middle finger to ensure flexible writing.
Tilt: the pen holder leans to the right and back, leaning against the position of index finger and knuckles in the tiger's mouth.
Writing should also pay attention to "pointing to reality and palm deficiency". Fingertips exert force, and palms should be naturally empty; Don't press your little finger and wrist on the table, but lift it in vain.
