Chen Yongli (1938~), pen name Lu Yin, Han nationality. Originally from Qingdao, Shandong. At present, he is a director of Qianshan Scenic Area Cultural Research Association, a member of Liaoning Calligraphers Association, an executive director of China Calligraphy Research Association, an executive director of China Standard Cursive Calligraphy Society, a member of the Calligraphy Committee of China Couplet Society, and a distinguished painter of China Institute of National Culture.

1959 came to Anshan to support frontier construction and was assigned to work in the construction bureau. He has served as chairman and propaganda minister of the trade union of Anshan Construction Engineering Administration, director of Qianshan Scenic Area Administration Office, chief of cultural relics, and curator of Qian Shan Literature and History Museum. In 1960s, he began to copy ancient books and masterpieces, and was good at cursive writing, focusing on Han Li. In recent years, I mainly engaged in the research and development of historical relics in Qian Shan Scenic Area.
