Direction of running a school
Philosophy of running a school: Ruoshui Education
School goal: to make the school a spiritual home that teachers and students like and are kind.
Educational goal: to cultivate smart, elegant, healthy and confident teenagers.
"Three Winds" Construction:
Style of study (if you are a teenager)-smart and elegant, willing to learn and think, independent exploration;
Teaching style (teacher Ruoshui)-nourishing life, willing to teach, still learning and innovating;
School spirit (if controlling water)-conform to the trend and let teachers and students become themselves.
School motto: acceptance, self-tolerance, harmony with others.
School emblem:
Highlight the core concept of "goodness is like water". Wave is the deformation of the initial letter "m" of "horse", which represents the ocean of knowledge; Surging water drops are the deformation of the initial letter "P" of "Po", and jumping out of the water represents the symbol of teachers and students' constant pursuit, endeavor and common growth. Pure sea blue is the yearning and pursuit of teachers and students' tolerant, open-minded, broad and beautiful personality.
Moral education research
The environment is full-a beautiful garden, a warm garden and a natural ecological park, where teachers and students enjoy themselves; Chess gallery, book gallery, fitness field, students' spiritual growth; The works inside and outside the building are full of creativity, and the teachers and students are full of personality.
Home-school cooperation-pooling parenting experience and building a communication bridge; Parent Committee helps school development; Parent-child activities have brought the spiritual distance closer.
Position construction-give full play to the role of Young Pioneers in organizing ideological education through graduation oath, team entry ceremony, red scarf broadcast, class meeting and speech under the national flag; Enrich children's life experience through wonderful June 1st, Mid-Autumn Festival and social practice activities.
Self-management —— Establish schools and classes of "propaganda, discipline, study, health and physical education", and let students participate in school management and organize activities by themselves through discussion, consultation and training, so as to conduct practical research on self-management moral education mode.
Curriculum construction
Construct a "smart and elegant" curriculum system: the three-level curriculum is effectively developed and integrated, and it is divided into two categories: basic curriculum and extended curriculum for school-based research and implementation.
Basic course —— Taking "students' effective learning" as the breakthrough point, through school-based teaching and research, explore and practice the classroom culture of interest, autonomy, questioning and "four haves". Mainly refers to the national curriculum.
Expanding activity courses-starting from "students' growth needs and specialty cultivation", they are gradually offered through "external educational resources" and "giving full play to teachers' personal specialties". It mainly includes four categories: first, the growth courses with full participation, namely reading, international movies, young pioneers and fine poetry reading; The second is the fitness courses promoted by grades, namely, the first grade happy fitness dance, the second grade China Wushu, the third grade football, the fourth grade American football, the fifth grade basketball and the sixth grade dry land ice hockey; Third, two-way choice of interest courses, namely decorative painting, calligraphy, children's painting, breeding, recitation and performance, children's dance, drum set, China chess, scientific and technological production, cucurbit performance, photography, table tennis and so on; Fourthly, characteristic courses, mainly two intangible cultural heritage projects, Dragon Dance and Five Tiger Sticks, are inherited and carried forward by the school as traditional cultural courses. Most of these courses are offered after two classes every afternoon, and some of them are integrated into physical education class.
