Handwriting identification is highly subjective. It should be said that excluding external factors, the accuracy of handwriting identification in China is only about 70%. Therefore, when trying a case, the general judge will take the appraisal conclusion as the main basis, but will also refer to other evidence. If other evidence clearly points to the opposite conclusion, then the judge may not accept the handwriting appraisal conclusion, but this is rare.
