A pair of cursive script of "13,000-foot sword, one hospital spends half a bed of books" jumped into the eye, handsome and straight, lively and calm. Wei Xunyuan kept this calligraphy for more than 70 years.

As a result, the "half-bed book" on Comrade Mao Zedong's wooden bed appeared in Juxiang Bookstore in Zhongnanhai, Beijing, with this couplet. More than 30 years ago, I was lucky enough to visit Zhongnanhai, witnessed the "half-bed book" of Juxiang Bookstore, and also saw this couplet, but I didn't know these stories at that time.
