Guang 'an Huaqiao Middle School was founded in the spring of 1944. In memory of fellow villager Qin Suisheng, it was named "Private Suisheng Middle School". 1953, the people's government took over and renamed it "Guang 'an No.1 Junior High School". 1982 was renamed as "Overseas Chinese Middle School in Guang 'an County, Sichuan Province". 1997 Guang 'an was renamed "Guang 'an Overseas Chinese Middle School in Sichuan Province" after its establishment. In 2000, it became the first batch of key middle schools in the city.
The school is located in a provincial pilot small town at the junction of Nanchong, Dazhou and Guang 'an (No.8 Yong 'an West Street, huaqiao town); Adjacent to National Highway 3 18 and Banan-Guangzhou Expressway. Founded in the spring of 1944, it was named "Private Suisheng Middle School" in memory of Qin Suisheng (also known as Qin Bing, one of the 72 martyrs of Huanghuagang).
It stands out among rural middle schools, with modern educational infrastructure and strong teachers. In 2000, it became the first batch of "key middle schools" in Guang 'an. Since its establishment more than 70 years ago, the school has adhered to the principle of teaching as the center, educating people as the purpose, pursuing development by quality and based on innovation and development, and trained more than 20,000 outstanding talents for the society.
The school has gradually grown in development. It has successively won the honors of "School Spirit Demonstration School", "Guang 'an Sunshine Sports Demonstration School" and "National Youth Campus Football Characteristic School", and has become a rural high school with a solid foundation and distinctive characteristics. At present, we are actively establishing a model middle school in Sichuan Province.
