Since 1984, he has published more than 1,000 works in more than 30 newspapers and periodicals across the country. More than 20 news media across the country, including CCTV, China People's Broadcasting Station, People's Daily, China Daily, and People's Liberation Army Daily, have reported on his deeds.
During the 1990 Asian Games, 263 seals were issued for athletes who won gold medals from 15 countries and regions and presented to the gold medal winners.
In 1998, he carved seals for 100 generals and held a large-scale "Hundred Generals Seals - Revealing Seal Engraving Art Works Exhibition" at the Military Museum. His works have been selected into large-scale calligraphy and seal cutting exhibitions across the army, national and international levels.
In July 2000, the seal carving "Seal of One Hundred Generals of China" won the gold medal at the World Chinese Art Exhibition. His works are included in "Light of the Century - Expression of Feelings in Calligraphy", "Chinese-English Dictionary of Chinese Art Calligraphers", "Who's Who in the Chinese Contemporary Art Circle", "Yearbook of Chinese Figures"
(1995, 1999), " Yearbook of Chinese Seal. He has successively made more than 2,000 seals on a voluntary basis for the Army, Navy and Air Force armed police officers and soldiers and friends at home and abroad. He is the author of "Collection of Seals of the Winners of the 11th Asian Games", "Seal Engraving Guide" and "Hundred Generals' Seal Collection".
