Mr. Wang taught himself the art of poetry, calligraphy and painting, not in a certain genre, not for an isolated genre, but in fact in various ways, innuendo and mastery. The background of newspaper editor makes him combine poetry, calligraphy, painting, lettering, music, literary theory and other arts, attracting young talents to enter his door and listen to his teachings. Mr. Wang is very kind to his parents, especially filial. He respects truth from the heart and justice from the outside. There are more than ten students in his class. Every time they ask him for advice, they are as kind as their own children. This has always been a pleasure in the circle.
Li Dazhong's calligraphy predates his painting, which has been going on for nearly ten years. He published three series of landscapes, flowers and birds, and figures, each of which has traces of exploration, showing his accomplishments in poetry and painting. Looking at the mountains and rivers in the distance, singing the quip of "cutting the mountains and the sea, picking the moon, gathering stars and sprinkling pearls"; Appreciating autumn flowers reveals the emotion of "Laughing at the shallowness of human poetry and making gold more innocent"; When old friends get together, there is a feeling that "a song of Merlin wears the years, and students walk hand in hand with the autumn wind".
In 2002, the first landscape painting "Moonlight in Peach Blossom Garden" took more than a month, and the composition was full. Layers are stacked in various ways to set off the hazy artistic conception in the picture. Later, a large number of sketches were copied, which made him paint more deeply with the concept of book in painting. I have loved Li Shan's Hometown Map for seven times. Surrounded by mountains, the people in the house are hidden in the shadow of miscellaneous trees, as if they were in a painting scene. It seems that they can really live in a lonely forest, obsessed with mountains and rivers, and forget to return. Gong, a painter in the Qing Dynasty, painted landscape paintings with bold and bold strokes, which were magnificent and straightforward, especially the Gu Zhuo and bitterness in his paintings, which quickly led him to find the direction of painting and determined his vigorous, simple, straightforward and free-and-easy painting style. His pen was vigorous and sure, his pen and ink were full, and his brushwork was natural and peaceful. Two years later, I returned to Tao's paintings, where people and scenery looked at flowers and birds. "There is still room under the banana. I'd better sleep alone." Birds also meditate alone, like self-writing of life.
Li Dazhong didn't draw many figure paintings. During the Cultural Revolution, the chairman of the painting was lifelike. He watched the theatre with his father since childhood and was obsessed with Beijing opera. He copied Gao Made's traditional opera figure paintings, and his operas such as quintessence of China, Peking Opera and Bazhen Soup brought the sense of pen and ink to the extreme. These works are also the best in his paintings. In 2008, I was invited to paint "Mu Mo Tu" for Jiyuan, with an eight-foot frame and straight lines, which won a lot of praise.
A few years ago, one day, Mr. Wang sent a calligraphy cursive script, "Art is wonderful in three realms, and you don't cultivate yourself for a hundred years." Typical study of Wang Duo's brushwork, between the lines, I can still see how much he expects for evening self-study. The three realms of this art need dedication and persistence. After experiencing hesitation, hardship, understanding and joy, we can reach the bright road. This enlightenment is as mysterious as Wang Guowei's three realms of poetry, from Qingming to vigilance until he returns to nature. For today's Mr. Yu, everything is natural, no matter whether he is visiting famous ancient temples. In his life, his love for nature has always been the direction of unremitting exploration.
As the famous painter Zhao Guide commented, painting should be ideological, which needs to be obtained from the profoundness of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism in China traditional culture. It seems that we can get a glimpse of China's traditional culture in Mr. Li Dazhong's pen and ink exploration. In the poem "Dream in a Dream", the body is free from evil and the dust is ordinary. It's his self-reflection, like Buyi Shen Fu's leisure and casualness, and also like Mr. Yangming's focus, knowing its reason and seeking its taste. All the paintings in the poem are heartfelt and detached.
