I have never heard of the word Wei Ti. Weibei refers to the monument erected during the Northern Wei Dynasty, including the post-split period. Because the Wei regime was established by Xianbei people, the monument naturally contains two cultures, in order to transcend the souls of the dead. The words on the tablet are smart and changeable because of its new cultural connotation, and are highly praised by many calligraphers.
"Monument" refers to an example copybook printed from an inscription for copying, and "paste" refers to copying famous calligraphy works by photocopying, waxing and ink filling. Wang Xizhi's calligraphy works we see today are all copied and preserved by the latter method, and the original works have long since disappeared.
