Brief introduction of Shan Maoqian

Shan Maoqian (1802- 1879), a native of Xiangyang, Hubei Province, was an official in the late Qing Dynasty. In A.D. 1832 (the 12th year of Daoguang), Renchen Cohen was a scholar, and palace examination ranked sixth in the second place. He was awarded the title of Jishi Shu, imperial academy, and was awarded the title of middle school editor. He has served as minister of Zuodu Imperial History, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Household Affairs, Ministry of Official Affairs and Co-organizer.
