What's the difference between following fate and climbing?

Fate means that we do something without our own subjective will, fame and fortune, and the idea of "what I want" and "what I want to do". No matter what we do, we just do our best. As for the result, everything follows fate. If our hearts are motionless, this is called fate. Fate is accompanied by a serene state of mind and a leisurely style.

Climbing is the opposite of following fate. Comparison means that you have the will, purpose, fame or profit to do something, but you do nothing. I have to do this, I have to do that, I have to be different and persevere. This is climbing.

The ancients said that "it is better to do more than less, and it is better to do good than not to do it." Accompanying fate is a wise attitude towards life. Accompanying fate is not to preserve our sanity, not to be passive and slack, but to make a difference. We must try our best to do our work well; We'd better not climb the ladder for superfluous things; When things come, we are not afraid of things and do not hide. This is called fate. It's okay, and we won't take the initiative to find something to do. Only in this way can our life be comfortable, our hearts will always be clean and our practice will progress.
