Cold rhyme: The so-called "champion tea with light fragrance and cold rhyme" is Huangshan Mao Feng. In the Travel Notes of Huangshan Mountain in the Ming Dynasty, Chu Xu wrote: "Next to the Lotus Temple, tea is raised in the cracks, which is fragrant and cold, and it is called Huang Shanyun." According to textual research, Huang Shanyun is the predecessor of Huangshan Mao Feng.
Infiltrate Huangshan Mao Feng with a small amount of water. After several spins, an elegant fragrance instantly condenses into a tea mist and rises. Continue to inject water, which should be shallow but not deep. Tea buds as beautiful as flowers and jade cluster together and float on the water. Due to the low temperature, the folded tea has not been stretched, and it is light green and light yellow, which makes people pity. The tender fragrance gradually dispersed, blowing away the tea leaves, taking a sip, which was sweet and refreshing.
