Customary law: Customary law is the sum total of some compulsory behavior norms based on some social authority and social organization, which is independent of the laws formulated by the state. In the modern legal system, the role of customary law has been greatly weakened. Except in some African countries, customary law still plays an important role in practice. In other major legal systems, customary law is no longer the main source. However, customary law still plays an indispensable role in a country's legal system.
Statutory law: Statutory law mainly refers to specific and systematic legal documents formulated and issued by state organs in accordance with legal procedures.
Civil law: it is applicable to citizens in the Republic of China and is used to adjust the relationship between Roman citizens.
Law of nations: Roman law, which is used to adjust the civil legal relations between Roman citizens and foreigners and between foreigners.
Civil procedure law: refers to the general name of legal norms formulated or recognized by the state on adjusting civil litigation activities and determining legal relations and obligations in civil litigation.
