Chen Fuhai, senior calligrapher. Born in July 1931 in Yongchun, Fujian. Member of the Communist Party of China. He once served as the deputy governor, president and director of finance of the County People's Bank, deputy director and director of finance of the county finance office, and director of the Financial and Economic Committee of Yongchun County People's Congress. He is a member of the Quanzhou Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, an academician and senior calligrapher and painter of the Sanwei Painting and Calligraphy Academy, a member of the Chinese Contemporary Calligraphers Association, a director of the North China Association of World Calligraphers and Painters, vice chairman of the Artists Committee, a world artist, a visiting professor, and a member of the Japanese Aiwa Ludo International Researcher of the Correspondence School of Calligraphy and Painting, director of the Art Market Committee of the International Federation of Artists, and vice president of the Guilin Yanhuang Painting and Calligraphy Art Research Institute (retired).
