Slow-motion demonstration of Ge Gou's works.

Gegou is written in slow motion. The pen goes down to the right, then up to the bottom. The middle part of the oblique painting should be slightly curved and long in words, which is strong and powerful. If you write too short, you will appear weak and tired.

Calligraphy in a broad sense refers to the writing rules of characters and symbols. That is to say, calligraphy refers to writing with its brushwork, structure and composition according to the characteristics and significance of words, making it a beautiful work of art. China's calligraphy is an original performance art of the Han nationality, which is known as silent poetry, wireless dance, unprinted painting, silent music and so on.

On the surface, calligraphy refers to the statutes of writing. In life, the word calligraphy has the following meanings. First, it is synonymous with a written work or the collective name of all written works. Second, an art category generally refers to the art of writing Chinese characters. Kang Youwei said in Guang Yi and Zhou Shuang: "Tang Yan is a structure, and Song and Shang Yi Qu", from which we can see that calligraphy in the Tang Dynasty pursued the highest and most rigorous statutes, and its calligraphy achievements were also the highest in the history of calligraphy.

Different hooks

The first kind of oblique hook, of course, is Ge hook, which is a common name. However, according to Mr. Huang Jian's arrangement of calligraphy names, the official name of Gegou should be called Geshi, or Geshi for short. In order to write a good study pen, the difficulty lies in writing and collecting the pen. The difficulty of writing a pen is to write a beautiful arc and at the same time write the change of thickness, which is even more difficult for beginners.

The last stroke of Yi Ge's pen collection was a stroke. The last issue of the vertical hook talked about how to write, but the strokes in Brother Yi's pen set are different from those in the vertical hook. Therefore, it is necessary to add a wrist movement to the left when writing Yi Ge's pen collection.

2. Horizontal hook

Putting down the front diagonal ge is our next cross hook, so the writing of the cross hook is roughly the same as that of the diagonal ge. The only difference is the pen. What is different from Brother Yi is that it starts from the sharp point, then turns to the line part and gradually thickens, and the later part is written the same as Brother Yi. So it's two thin lines and a thick line in the middle. The difficulty of this pen is that the pen moves to the front of the line pen.

3. Vertical hook

The middle of the curved horizontal hook becomes our vertical hook, so its writing is roughly the same as that of the horizontal hook and the oblique hook, except that its line pen part is bent to a greater extent. Needless to say, we are familiar with the part of starting and receiving pens. What needs your attention is the writing part. The first thing to pay attention to in writing is the degree of bending.
