Where does the word "Tengwang Pavilion" in Nanchang come from?

It is said that this is a rubbing from the "Preface to the Pavilion of Prince Teng" written by Su Shi, a calligrapher of the Northern Song Dynasty. These three large characters are written evenly and have a stable structure. They are rare masterpieces of calligraphy. In the upper part of the large characters "Tengwang Pavilion", there are also several small characters "Ji Si Chongyang Li". In the lower left corner of the plaque, there are two seals, one says "Shi" and the other says "Seal of Meishan". They are all in seal script and come from rubbings of "Preface to the Pavilion of Prince Teng" written by Su Shi.
