Will the court accept the civil indictment?

The civil indictment is not for the court, but is submitted by the prosecutor to the relevant court. A civil complaint refers to a legal document submitted by a citizen, a legal person or any other organization to the people's court to request the people's court to make a judgment according to law when they think that their legitimate rights and interests have been infringed, or when they have a dispute with others and need to confirm their rights. Article 120 of the Civil Procedure Law stipulates that a prosecution shall submit a complaint to the people's court and submit a copy according to the number of defendants. If it is really difficult to write a complaint, it can be made orally, which will be recorded by the people's court and the other party will be informed.
