Where is Cheng Kuan, a disciple of Guqin artist Guan Pinghu, from in Shanxi?

Mr. Cheng Kuan was born in Guanjiawo, Pinglu County, Shanxi Province in the 29th year of Guangxu (1903). He works in poetry, calligraphy, boxing, guqin performance and law. He is proficient in ancient Chinese prose and merchants, and he is quite talented in helping the people. However, life is bumpy and ambition is hard to pay. Fortunately, in his later years, he gloated, donated ancient treasures, marked ancient records, and donated money to promote learning. At the beginning of liberation, he was elected as a member of Beijing CPPCC. In his later years, he was recommended as a representative of Pinglu County People's Congress, a member of the Standing Committee of CPPCC, a librarian of Shanxi Provincial Museum of Literature and History, and a national health care worker for the elderly. 1995 passed away on February 6th at the age of 93. On his deathbed, he asked the People's Party for instructions, and after examination by the organization, he was granted the official party member of China.
