Kuaigaoliang 1962 was born in Huayin, Shaanxi. Member of the Fourth Jury of China Calligraphers Association, the Fifth Professional Member of Running Script, Vice Chairman of the National Public Security Calligraphers Association, Executive Vice Chairman and Secretary General of Shaanxi Public Security Federation of Literary and Art Circles. His calligraphy works have participated in large-scale exhibitions sponsored by China Calligraphy Association for more than 20 times, and served as the judge of the National Calligraphy Competition for many times, and won the first Lanting Award in China, the first prize of the eighth Golden Shield Cultural Engineering Award of the Ministry of Public Security, the nomination award of Weng Tonghe's calligraphy award, and the 2009 calligraphy sea election.
