Liu Changhe, national first-class actor.

Liu Changhe, male, born in 1949, is a painter and calligrapher. Suibin people in Heilongjiang Province. I graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Harbin Normal University, majoring in China painting and calligraphy. He has served as an art teacher, founder of cultural centers, cultural curator, chairman of Suibin County Federation of Literary and Art Circles, executive vice chairman and secretary general of Jiamusi Artists Association, deputy editor-in-chief and vice president of Youth Calligraphy Newspaper. Member of Jiamusi Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, Secretary-General of Jia Municipal Committee of Agriculture and Workers Democratic Party, director of Heilongjiang Artists Association and member of Calligraphers Association. He has held many solo exhibitions of calligraphy and painting works in provinces and cities, and participated in international exhibitions in Japan and Singapore. Dozens of works have been collected by exhibition halls at home and abroad, and their biographies have been compiled into various dictionaries such as China Painters' Celebrity Ceremony.
