Xue Fan's main achievements

1999 In February, a young artist from Tokyo, Japan, with the assistance of relevant foreign affairs departments, took a film crew to Xingping, not far from Wan Li. Mr. Bai studied China's calligraphy, and also made a TV feature film about the learning process, which had a great influence in the prime time of Daily TV in Tokyo. Subsequently, the Speaker of the Izumo Parliament of Japan and the delegation of members of the Japanese House of Representatives who visited China made a special trip to Xingping City to visit An Shu, Ji Yun, to pay tribute to Mr. Xue Fan. Mr. Wang's "Ji Yun An Shu" has received friendly people from 10 countries. Artistic resumes have been included in many dictionaries, such as Who's Who in the World and Who's Who in Contemporary Art in China. Mr. Wang's life message is: "Try your best to study hard."

In 2008, Mr. Xue Fan's calligraphy works were also included in the classics of calligraphy and painting, such as Top Ten Calligraphers in China, Five Scholars in the Bookstore and Thirty Years, which were edited by Beijing Chinese and Foreign Celebrity Culture Research Association and published by China Pictorial. The Ji Yun Bookstore, where Mr. Xue Fan now lives, is the window of Xingping's civil affairs and foreign affairs. Mr Xue Fan is not only an accomplished calligrapher, but also a wealthy collector. In order to study and study calligraphy, Mr. Wang spent most of his life collecting hundreds of famous inscriptions in China, which are rare in the world for their high grade and large scale. Mr. Xue Fan hid it for use that year. Over the years, I have accumulated a lot. Mr. Wang has collected nearly 600 kinds of inscriptions, including classics and stone inscriptions. Most of these rubbings belong to the representative works recorded in the history of calligraphy in China, especially the rubbings of stone carvings in Han Dynasty, Northern Wei Dynasty and Tang Dynasty. Among them are Mao Dinggong of Zhou Dynasty, Ding Yu rubbings, Xiyue Huashan Temple rubbings of Han Dynasty, Yan Longyan, Yan Baozi rubbings, Prince Sage rubbings written by Wu Zetian and other precious cultural relics. These rubbings, such as seal script, official script, cursive script, running script and regular script, are all available and dazzling. Stone rubbings from the ancient Western Zhou Dynasty to the Republic of China, more than 20 dynasties. The rubbings are original stones or artifacts, such as Mengding and Maodinggong in the Western Zhou Dynasty, which have a history of 3000 years. The latest is 60 years, such as the epitaph written by Master Yu Youren. These rubbings are as small as about one square meter and as large as more than ten feet. Some rubbings are close to six meters wide.

Faced with Mr. Xue Fan's one-room collection of steles, many people who knew the economic value of these collections wanted to buy them at a high price, but they were all politely rejected by Mr. Xue Fan. He said: "These things are national cultural heritage and will eventually be handed over to the country. It's just that my fate with these stone tablets is not over yet, and it will take some time. Mr. Wang and his bookstore provide more and more opportunities for people who love the calligraphy of rubbings. In the past ten years, Mr. Wang's Ji Yun Shu 'an has received a friendly delegation from the Japanese House of Representatives, the president of the Asian Cultural Exchange Association of Japan, the president of the Korean Institute of International Education and Cultural Exchange, the former vice chairman of the China Calligraphy Association, the calligrapher, the vice chairman of the Chinese Writers Association, Chen, the president of Xi 'an China Painting Academy, famous figure painters and other domestic and foreign groups, experts and scholars. Everyone thinks that Mr. Xue Fan's calligraphy art not only keeps pace with the times, but also has reached an old age. His calligraphy achievements have been compiled into various art dictionaries such as Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in China's Contemporary Art World, China's Backbone, Soul of China, and A Generation of Famous Artists. He was also elected as a member of the Eighth Shaanxi CPPCC and Xianyang CPPCC. Mr. Xue Fan is currently a librarian of Shaanxi Provincial Museum of Literature and History, director of the Provincial Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, honorary president of the Provincial Painting and Calligraphy Institute, chairman of Xianyang Cultural Exchange Association, director of Japan Asian Cultural Exchange Association, consultant of Korea International Education and Cultural Exchange Institute, calligraphy judge, scholar of American-Asian Art Society, and consultant of San Francisco International Artists Association.
