Tips for beginners to use paper for calligraphy
First, don't use rice paper.
Reason: 1, it is too expensive, and it is getting more and more expensive; 2, too big, take it home and cut it; 3, there are too many varieties, and novices don't know which one to buy; There are too many stains in the health announcement, which is not suitable for writing accurate small words (why not write big words? The reason is another); 5. Too much alum is used in cooked propaganda, and the paper doesn't eat ink at all, which is not conducive to cultivating the feeling of brushwork.
Second, multi-purpose bamboo paper
Reason: 1, cheaper than rice paper, but more expensive than handmade bamboo paper; 2, enough, not out of stock, bamboo is born every year; 3. Third, the choice of hand-made edge paper
Many fringed papers are mechanical, but some merchants pretend to be handmade papers. People are not old, hehe, so we have to start a new stove. The writing effect of machine-made burrs and manual burrs is very different, so we must distinguish them. The method is as follows: 1. One side of machine-made burr is very smooth, and both sides of manual burr are not very smooth; But recently, some machine-made burrs specially imitate the texture of manual burrs, which is really annoying; 2, the machine-made burrs are cheap, about ten yuan, while the manual burrs are at least sixteen; 3. The manual burr is fine and the machine burr is coarse. Generally speaking; 4. Xuan paper is dizzy because there is grass in it. Traditional papermaking is based on pure bark. But there are many more? These pure leather papers are quite suitable for writing, but they are a little expensive (some are more than a little expensive).
