1. All teachers in the Chinese language group can abide by teachers' professional ethics, teach according to law, study rigorously, unite and cooperate, forge ahead, forge ahead in harmony and actively carry out their work.
2. Seriously study the new curriculum standard and guide the teaching work with new educational ideas. At the beginning of school, each of our teachers carefully studied the interpretation of Chinese curriculum standards and understood the teaching objectives and requirements of each grade. Under the unified requirements of the school, combined with the problems found in the business inspection, we studied the Regulations again and explained them to the teaching and research staff, made clear the language agreement, held a meeting of Chinese teachers in time, and closely implemented the requirements of the Regulations. We pay attention to the combination of theory and practice, improve students' Chinese literacy in an all-round way, correctly grasp the characteristics of Chinese education, actively advocate independent, cooperative and inquiry learning methods, and strive to build an open and energetic Chinese classroom. There is teaching reflection in every class, teaching summary every month, teaching and research group meeting every other week, organizing practical and effective learning and discussion activities, deepening educational reform with the support of advanced educational concepts, changing traditional teaching models, learning from each other and improving together. Teaching focuses on cultivating students' awareness of cooperation and communication and practical innovation ability, respecting students' needs and cultivating students' autonomous learning ability.
3. The organic combination of teaching and scientific research, teaching reform and teaching and scientific research are the fundamental ways to improve teaching quality. In the past semester, we continued to activate the cooperative education mechanism.
