Peony painter Li Ming

Li Ming, 1963 was born in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, graduated from university, and 1990 studied in the postgraduate class of the Painting and Calligraphy Institute. He is currently the president of Jin Min Painting and Calligraphy Institute of China Association for Promoting Democracy, a national first-class artist, a lifelong honorary professor at J-P-R-S University in Germany, many painters and artists in China, honorary chairman, vice-chairman and vice-chairman, honorary president of China Peony Painting Academy, visiting professor at China Oriental Academy of Fine Arts, and researcher and professor at China Institute of Culture and Art. ..

I have been influenced by my family since I was 3 years old and love painting and calligraphy. His works are good at China flower-and-bird painting, China landscape painting, figure painting, seal calligraphy and seal cutting. As early as the early 1980s and 1990s, nearly 100 works won prizes or were exhibited and published in domestic and international competitions. From the mid-1990s to 2000, a large number of works and personal biographies were scattered in nearly 1,000 newspapers and magazines, radio stations, television stations, cultural and art museums and more than 200,000 online media at home and abroad.

1998 and 2004, because of the unique style of Chinese painting peony works, it stood out among many candidate works and ranked first. Therefore, he was rated as "National Top 100 Painters and Calligraphers" and "China Top 100 Painters and Calligraphers" in Beijing, and was praised as "the ancestor of Li Guohua".

At the end of 2007, at the invitation of the relevant departments of the Federal Republic of Germany, he went to Europe to hold a personal exhibition of China's paintings and calligraphy, and held a week-long lecture tour of China's paintings and calligraphy on the campus of J-P-R-S University in Germany, which promoted the further development of the friendship between the Chinese and German peoples.
