44--Responsibility and responsibility of quality personnel

When this topic came out, I felt that it was somewhat similar to the "rights, responsibilities, and interests" that we often talk about in enterprises. How much rights you have, how much responsibility you have to bear, relative to you How much benefit will be obtained. What's more, in many companies, situations often arise where people don't use the rights they have, or don't want to have them, and they don't want to take responsibility but want to get greater benefits.

There are two short stories that we might as well analyze:

1. There was a secretary to the county party committee secretary, who usually did a good job, including reports, speeches, schedules, etc. to the leaders. Well done. Once, a superior leader came to inspect, and the preparation work was very sufficient, and the superior was very satisfied. After the reporting meeting at noon, everyone got off the elevator and prepared to go out for dinner. At this time, the secretary happened to fart. He subconsciously looked at the secretary, and everyone also looked at the secretary. The secretary blushed and hurriedly waved her hands and said repeatedly: "It's not me, it's not me!" Everyone looked at each other. A week later, the secretary was transferred to a casual position. He was puzzled and asked someone to ask the secretary why. The secretary gave the answer: "If you can't take on big things, how much bigger can you be expected to do?"

2. During the Qianlong period, many people knew that Heshen was a corrupt official and a sycophant. . It is said that when Qianlong farts, Heshen will immediately blush and tell everyone: "I'm sorry, my stomach feels uncomfortable today." It is not accidental that a subordinate can achieve such a state and receive Qianlong's favor. Qianlong was not a mediocre leader, and it was no accident that he created the glorious age of Kangxi and Qianlong. And it is no accident that Heshen was able to dominate the government and the public. I checked Heshen's life situation: What skills did he rely on to please Emperor Qianlong so favorably? He Shen was not as ignorant and unskilled as later generations said. On the contrary, he is still very talented. The real He Shen in history was not only extremely handsome in appearance, but also highly skilled in martial arts. He was a rare all-rounder in both civil and military affairs at that time. According to "The Biography of He Shen" | Biography, He Shen had an amazing memory, was smart and decisive, agile and versatile. Qianlong specifically mentioned in "Pictures of the Fifteenth Project to Defeat Gorkha" that Heshen was proficient in four languages: Manchu, Chinese, Mongolian and Tibetan. During the Qianlong period, the Panchen Lama established diplomatic relations with the Manchu and Qing Dynasties, and he was the main exchange and translator. When Magolney visited China, he also answered questions fluently in English. The pinnacle is that as the president of "Sikuquanshu", Ji Xiaolan is just one of the many editors under He Shen. Another tactic of He Shen is to do what he likes. Qianlong loved poetry and calligraphy throughout his life. In order to cater to Qianlong, Heshen put a lot of effort into these aspects and reached a high level.

The above two examples are not about how we flatter our superiors and blindly please them, but that we must learn how to take responsibility and be responsible at work.

I remember watching a training video that asked us what are the common mistakes we make? One of them is the refusal to accept one's own responsibilities. You see, when a problem occurs in an enterprise, instead of all departments working together to find the problem and dig out the root cause, each department shifts the blame, resulting in a waste of company resources and ultimately damaging the company's reputation. I have seen too many people say, "This is not my problem. I have already said that this will not work, but something went wrong? How about you? How about them? What should I do..." I I remember one time when I was working on a quality issue, a supervisor asked me how you were doing...I immediately asked, "Which company do you work for?" He immediately blushed and stopped talking. If you use "you and them" in your speech, do you still expect this kind of supervisor to have a team spirit? I have never heard those two phrases uttered in a meeting since.

Mentioning quality cannot avoid a very interesting discussion topic. Question: If a customer complains, the responsibilities of the production department and the quality department need to be divided. How to divide them?

My answer is that the quality department will bear 60 and the production department will bear 40. I know that quality comes from production, not inspection. If the quality department discovers a defect before shipment, the production department must rework and repair the product until it is qualified before shipment. After shipment, if customers complain, the quality department cannot be isolated.

As for the cause, various departments may need to discuss and decide on final improvements and solutions based on the actual situation. All departments must assume their respective responsibilities and work together to solve problems.

Responsibility and responsibility are not only issues of understanding, but also issues of attitude. It is said that attitude determines success or failure, and character determines destiny. We hope that everyone will take up their due responsibilities in their own positions, exert their due creativity and innovation, and create convenience for others. Colleagues fully affirm their own value and create a good environment for the enterprise. working atmosphere.
