After renting the pavement of Gu Xiang Village, the shopkeepers hoped that their business would be developed and their financial resources would be abundant after opening, so they imitated the name of a shop in Shanghai and renamed it "Shanghai Laoxiang Village", and asked the famous calligrapher Mr. Zhao Tieshan (Chang Xie) to write a plaque for approval. The plaque is as long as a bed board, with the words "old country" written in regular script, and the fine print "Shanghai" written on the top of the space, with gold characters on a black background; Batch plaque is slightly longer than the number plaque. On the east plaque, it says "fruits in the north and south are rotten all the year round", and on the west plaque, it says "canned wine with golden legs". Sprinkle gold on the blue, hang the door, and awaken our characteristics. In addition, there is a small plaque with a width of one foot and a length of two feet (gold characters on a black background) and small placards of various styles. Couplets are also hung on the pillars on both sides of the store door. Its content is unknown now.
