To promote Chinese culture and inherit Chinese characters, I embarked on the road of calligraphy that rides the wind and waves. ? An inscription
1. ? Occasional training opportunities
With the development of the times, calligraphy has been included in the curriculum of primary and secondary schools, and a group of calligraphy teachers need to be trained.
Our principal originally wanted to choose a young, handsome and beautiful teacher to participate in calligraphy training, but considering that my English writing is beautiful and my Chinese writing is not bad, I am very particular about writing on the blackboard. He made an exception and recommended me, a middle-aged English teacher, to participate in calligraphy training. I was honored to receive this rare calligraphy training opportunity.
Before accepting this glorious mission, I was both happy and worried, and my heart was shaking like 15 buckets.
I am happy that the principal trusts me so much, but I am worried that I have lost the thumb of my right hand since I was a child. I hold the pen between my index finger and middle finger to write. No matter how beautiful my handwriting is, I Can I be a calligraphy teacher?
I then thought of Dong Qing's words: "Human potential is actually far beyond one's imagination. You will never know if you don't explore it." So, I walked towards it with joy. Calligraphy training class.
The scorching sun in summer is scorching the earth like a fireball. It has not stopped our enthusiasm for learning calligraphy at all. Young teachers from many schools across the city participated in the training.
At the beginning, the training instructor did not pay attention to me, and my handwriting was not outstanding, but I listened attentively every time in class. I thought: "Because I am older and don't have a thumb on my right hand, I am better than others." We must work harder. The stupid bird flies first and enters the forest early. "
I am the first to report for class in the morning and the last to leave the classroom in the evening. After studying, when everyone else fell into sweet dreams, I still practiced calligraphy over and over again under the lamp.
A few days later, when the calligraphy lecturer was reviewing the class on the big screen, he said: "Yesterday, there was only one teacher who played the strokes horizontally and bent the hook vigorously." The work is displayed on the big screen. I want to stand up and let everyone know me. And called on everyone to learn from me.
A male teacher next to me said unconvincingly: "Tell the teacher, she doesn't have a thumb on her right hand. She is not worthy of being a calligraphy teacher." The teacher said seriously on the spot: "Ignore this first. Her homework today is indeed worth learning from, we should give her applause, we believe she will get better and better." Everyone gave me warm applause, which further stimulated my desire to learn calligraphy. Later, I got the calligraphy teacher qualification certificate with first place and became a very popular calligraphy teacher among students.
2. ? Unforgettable Calligraphy Competition
A year later, I participated in the National Calligraphy Competition. I passed five levels and defeated six generals, and became the only player in our province to become one of the top ten players in the country and entered the national finals.
The preliminaries of that competition were very difficult, and the preliminaries were divided into three parts. The first part is to evaluate the popularity, the second part is to display the works, and the third part is to give video lessons.
In the first part of the competition, with the strong support of my teachers, relatives, friends and parents, I won the sixth place in the country for the popularity award, and my beautiful work also successfully entered the top ten in the country.
The most difficult thing was the video lecture. I had to perform the video lecture for 15 minutes according to the video issued by the competition organizing committee. I couldn’t adjust the video for a long time. When it got dark, I asked professional computer personnel to debug it. . It took a lot of effort to get it done. It was past 8 o'clock in the evening, and then I had to ask the calligraphy students to cooperate. The winter vacation had just ended, and I had to call the students and parents to cooperate with me in filming the video. , it’s snowing. We filmed it over and over again, and it wasn't until 11:30 p.m. that I finally finished it. I was so anxious that I finished the photo and sent it before 12 o'clock. If it had been half an hour later, the competition access would have been closed, and I wouldn’t have dinner until 12 o’clock that night.
A few days later, the National Calligraphy Competition Organizing Committee sent me good news, saying that after three rounds of competition, I had entered the top ten in the country. I shed tears of joy upon hearing this exciting news.
After the preliminaries, the next step is the live finals. In order to participate in the finals, I kept practicing until late at night every day. I had to memorize lesson plans and practice pen and chalk calligraphy every day.
Hard work paid off. I finally performed well on the finals stage, achieved excellent results, and was awarded a free study trip to Taiwan.
Wonderful game, deeply imprinted in my mind.
3. ? Looking forward to the future of calligraphy
Since my calligraphy training, calligraphy has become an indispensable part of my life. I practice it every day regardless of the severe cold or scorching heat. Through the competition, I understand that opportunities always come to those who are prepared, and no matter how hard you work, you will reap the rewards. Honor only represents the past. Now I am deeply in love with calligraphy, and my hands feel itchy if I don't practice it for a day. Today I signed up to participate in the National Calligraphy Competition again. I hope I can get good results. I hope I can ride the wind and waves on the road of calligraphy and achieve fruitful results.
