Entering Guanlin Temple in Luoyang, the weekly diary is 600 words.

I think everyone has seen the romance of the Three Kingdoms! Guan Yu's loyalty in Romance of the Three Kingdoms left a deep impression on people. Guanlin Temple in Luoyang is the burial place of Guan Yu. On June 27th 10, more than 30 young journalists visited Guanlin Temple.

When we arrived at the entrance of Guanlin Temple, the docent's aunt greeted us with a smile and briefly introduced Guanlin Temple: it is located seven kilometers south of Luoyang, with the ancient city of Sui and Tang Dynasties in the north, Longmen Grottoes in the south, indigo naturalis in the west and clear water in the east. It is the burial place of Guan Yu, a military commander, and the only ancient classic building in China that consecrates forests and temples together. It was built in the Han Dynasty and rebuilt in the Ming Dynasty.

Above the gate of Guanlin Temple, there is the word "Guanlin", and the commentator's aunt said, "It was inscribed by Wang Duo, a famous painter in Luoyang in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. Looking at these two figures from a distance, their brushwork is strong and there is no lack of beauty. Their charm is deeply hidden outside the plaque, which is quite unique and makes tourists marvel. This was inscribed by Wang Xuan, a calligrapher in the Tang Dynasty. Because of his peculiar brushwork, people call him "Wang Xuan". Standing directly below the instrument door, you can see a large plaque with the words "Weiyang Liuhe" inscribed by Empress Dowager Cixi. Liuhe refers to the east, west, north, south and upper six parties. When Eight-Nation Alliance invaded Beijing in July of the 26th year of Guangxu, Emperor Guangxu led the harem to flee to Shaanxi according to the imperial edict of Empress Dowager Cixi. When I returned to Beijing in September the following year, I passed through Henan to pay tribute to Guan Yu. I couldn't help but feel sad when I saw the ruined Guandi Temple. After he returned to Beijing, he immediately sent someone to send two thousand two hundred pieces of silver, ordered the Henan prefect to repair Guanlin, and wrote a biography of Liuhe to publicize Guanlin.

In front of the main hall is a long corridor, flanked by many stone lions, large and small 100, all with vivid expressions and some glaring. Stone lions are tied with red ribbons, just like two fire dragons. There are two trees in front of the main hall, one is the leading cypress and the other is the phoenix-tailed cypress. The faucet cypress looks like a faucet from top to bottom. The root of phoenix-tailed cypress is the tail of phoenix, so it is called phoenix-tailed cypress.

Entering the first hall, I saw a statue. In the middle was the statue of Guan Jun, about 6 meters high. Guan Gong wore a 12 headdress, a dragon robe and a seven-star edition, surrounded by Zhou Cang's younger brothers Guan Ping and Wang Fuhe Guan Yu. The commentator said: "Guan Yu is called the god of peace and the god of wealth by the people, which shows how high Guan Yu is in the eyes of the people."

There is a bright moon knife in the second God of Wealth Temple, which is 3.5 meters high and weighs 3.8 kilograms. Here we will see.

An explanatory board tells the legend that Guan Gong appeared as a god of wealth in Luoyang: In the early years of Daoguang, Mao Cunren, a villager from Pancun village in Luoyang, went to Guanlin to burn incense before leaving, praying for Guan Gong to bless his prosperous business, and erected a flagpole in front of Guanlin to celebrate his wish. I didn't expect the business to be prosperous in the coming year, and the days were as expected. Mao Cunren made a wish in Guanlin, erected a pair of flagpoles in front of the door and carved stones to commemorate it. Now that the flagpole is gone, the pier remains. Today, people still keep the custom of visiting Guanlin when the shops are open and burning incense and praying in front of the gods. Next to him are two bosses, Zhou Cang and Wang Fuhe. One of them thinks that he has a balance, saying that business should not only be careful, but also sincere, so that business can flourish.

At the Three Empresses Hall, Guan Yu's wife sat in the middle, Guan Yu's daughter and Guan Yu's son were around, symbolizing that women can conquer the world.

The last temple, Chunqiu Temple, was told a story by the instructor's aunt. When Guan Yu first came to Cao Cao's camp, Guan Yu and his sister-in-law lived in a very small room with only one candle. Guan Yu's sister-in-law was sickly, and Guan Yu loved reading, so Guan Yu decided to divide the candle into two parts, one for her sickly sister-in-law and the other for herself. Cao Cao knew and admired him, so he did it. The quilt on his body was woven by ordinary people, which shows their love for Guan Yu. On the first floor of Guan Yu's bed, there are four big dragons, a dragon ball in the middle, representing the real dragon emperor, and nine little dragons on the bottom floor, representing children and grandchildren.

There is a pavilion in the backyard of Guanlin Temple. Because the base of the pavilion is octagonal, we also call it "octagonal pavilion". There is a stone tablet in the pavilion, which stood in the fifth year of Kangxi. The inscription on the tablet is Jiuzhong seal script, and the inscription on the tablet is the record of Guanlin's construction. The front of the tablet is "Loyalty, SHEN WOO Spirit, Benevolence, Brave Breaking into the Great Imperial Forest", which is the highest title for Guan Yu when re-carving the stone in the first year of Daoguang. The commentator said that Guan Lin's word "Guan Yu" is well known, and "Lin" is the burial place of Lin in the royal world. This monument represents people's thoughts of Guan Yu.

The reporters followed the narrator to the back of the monument, where there was something like a stone gate. The commentator said that this is the door of prayer. Just put a coin in it, and if you hear a "jingle", it means your prayer is useful. Each of us tried to drop a coin, and the sound of the coin falling to the ground kept beating like beautiful music.

Finally. We met a big tree with many branches and leaves. This tree is tens of meters high, and several people can't hold it. According to the commentator, this tree has lived 1000 years, and it can bring happiness to people. Many people hang amulets on trees, so do we, praying for good luck and peace in the future!

Through this activity, I learned about Guan Yu's people and events during the Three Kingdoms period. I also understand the origin of Guanlin Temple, which is really a beneficial activity!
