Zhu Yongzhai (1920-1983), whose original name was Huan and whose courtesy name was Huanzhi. Lyricist and calligrapher. A native of Xinhui County, Guangdong, he has lived in Xiguan for generations. Born into a scholarly family, he was the son of Zhu Enfu, a scholar in the late Qing Dynasty. He studied classical literature when he was young, and especially loved poetry. He studied poetry with Chen Xun. He was able to recite poetry at the age of 13, and was deeply loved by his teacher. He was well-known for his Ci when he was young. He has systematically studied Ci for a long time, and proposed to use "heavy, clumsy, and big" as the criteria for filling Ci. Later, he added the word "deep", which made a contribution to the development of Ci. In addition to the study of poetry, he also occasionally painted sketches of Ming Dynasties and was very impressive. His calligraphy was like Zhong Yao, and he was graceful and elegant. He was especially good at small letters and inscriptions and postscripts. He has served as a lecturer on Ci at Guangdong University, Guangzhou University, Culture University and other universities. He taught apprentices at home, and many of his disciples have become professors, lecturers, editors, poets, calligraphers, painters, etc. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he served as a librarian of the Guangdong Provincial Museum of Culture and History, a director of the Guangdong Branch of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a director of the Guangdong Gardening Society, a consultant to the Litchiwan Gardening Society, and a consultant to the Liwan District Place Names Office. Since 1956, his calligraphy works have participated in various calligraphy and seal cutting exhibitions in Guangdong Province and been published. Since 1960, it has made positive contributions to beautifying Liwan, promoting Liwan and strengthening the construction of spiritual civilization in the region. In 1970, he personally wrote the preface to "Selected Calligraphy of Lin Shaoming", wrote the lyrics for Liwan Lake Park, and wrote the poem "May I live happily ever after in Changchun" for the street scene in Baisui. He also wrote a hymn for using the civil air defense works in the area to grow abalone mushrooms, "Without the nourishment of sunshine, rain and dew, it would be as clean as frost, as chrysanthemum as white as zhizhi." He is the author of Fenchunguan Ci, which has been published in three editions (including the Hong Kong edition). After his death, his disciples compiled his works and compiled Fenchunguan Ci, which was published by Guangdong People's Publishing House. He is also the author of "Zhu Yongzhai Calligraphy Collection".

Ye Tianyi (1901-1949), also known as Haoru, was born in Yongxingfang Street, Daojiao. The young man was extremely intelligent and later studied in the Department of Literature and History at Guangdong Normal University in Guangzhou (the predecessor of Sun Yat-sen University). After graduating from university, he taught at the Guangzhou Normal University and the Municipal No. 2 Middle School and the High School Affiliated to Xingqin University. He also served as the editor-in-chief of the Guangzhou Citizen Daily. President of the "Revolution Daily" in Guizhou, section chief of the Guangzhou Prohibition Committee, director of the Laiyang branch of the "National Daily" in Hunan Province, and principal of Hepu No. 1 Middle School and No. 5 Middle School. During the Anti-Japanese War, he served as the chief of the Second Section of Hunan Province (approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs as a recommended level one), a counselor of the Hunan Provincial Government, and a university professor. It has been recorded that there are 14 qins made by Zhu Zhiyuan, mostly Zhongni style. Only one in Bai Tiqian's collection has the inscription "Zhu Zhiyuan of Chicheng in the third year of Hongwu". If it is authentic, it belongs to the Zhu family. He was born in the late Yuan Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty
