Are there any friends who are like me? Every time I tell myself what I must do when I make up my mind this time and how I must achieve it, it is best to let those who have complained about you before. Is someone impressed? But for me, those vows lasted maybe two or three days, and then they were gone. I often tell my friends that I have bought a lot of copybooks and I must practice my calligraphy this time, but in fact the final result is always nothing.
I summarized that there are probably three reasons why I cannot insist on practicing calligraphy.
First, there are no supervisors. Most of us are actually lazy at heart. If no one supervises us, we will indulge. That is to say, in this matter, it is you who say you will do this thing, and you are the one who says not to do it. However, this causes us to find countless reasons and thousands of excuses for ourselves if we fail to achieve the goals we have set.
Second, we did not get a sense of accomplishment from this task. We live in a fast-paced era, and we want immediate results in everything we do, so we bought a lot of copybooks that will help you master calligraphy in 28 days. But in fact, practicing calligraphy itself requires concentration and accumulation of time. In order to achieve the desired effect. If you are like me and only practice once every two or three days, the effect will be greatly reduced.
Third, there is no direct interest relationship. This is an era where money is paramount, and investment and income will be considered in everything we do. But in fact, practicing calligraphy is of no benefit to me at all, because I will never become a great calligrapher in my life. I still have this self-knowledge.
My self-summary above. Hope this serves as a warning.
