The Chinese Education Base has set up a camp working organization with Wang Guowei and Wang Fengying, directors of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, as consultants, President Huang Facai as the team leader and other managers as members. The school has set up offices, educational administration groups, logistics groups and security groups. All members have their own responsibilities and work together to ensure the smooth progress of education. The Chinese education base is equipped with a team of Chinese teachers composed of famous teachers and new teachers. There are elementary, intermediate and advanced Chinese classes. Offering basic Chinese courses, ability training courses (listening, speaking, reading and writing), knowledge courses (selected reading of newspapers and periodicals, history and geography of China, Ryan culture) and comprehensive practical courses (calligraphy, martial arts, Ryan dialect) as elective courses.
In 2006, the base successfully held a "root-seeking trip" summer camp for China teenagers from Switzerland. 19 China teenagers from Italy, France and Holland crossed the ocean and returned to their hometown, where they spent a month studying and living.
The school not only arranged special subjects such as Chinese, fine arts, calligraphy, music, martial arts, historical geography and information common sense, but also arranged for students to visit Yuhailou, Li Ji School and Zhaiqi Scenic Area, and feel the culture and beautiful natural scenery of Ruian. Young teachers with comprehensive quality and exquisite skills were selected to teach students. On weekends, teachers also package jiaozi, jiaozi and jiaozi to convey local folk culture.
