Hua Kui is not only a powerful calligrapher, painter and seal engraver, but also an outstanding children’s art educator. He successfully trained and educated his daughter and a large number of children's calligraphy and painting enthusiasts. When her daughter Peng Yue was nine years old, she participated in the "We Love Peace China Children's Stamp Design Competition" co-organized by the United Nations and the Communist Party of my country. She stood out from more than 74,000 entries and won the only special prize, which was later printed by the United Nations. Stamps are issued worldwide. In 1999, the China Calligraphy and Painting Correspondence University recorded the audio-visual teaching film "Children's Calligraphy and Painting Crash Course" taught by Mr. Hua Kui.
