When parents learned that three girls had escaped, they were very angry and sent two brothers, Yulong and Baja, to block their way to the East China Sea. Nujiang and Lancangjiang saw two brothers who were in the way in Bicun, Sha Song, thinking that they were not their opponents, they dared not move forward, so they changed their minds and stopped going to the East China Sea. They chose the road south, but they couldn't convince Miss Jinsha, so they had to leave angrily. Miss Jinsha watched her two sisters go away, but her determination to go to the East China Sea remained unchanged. She resolutely turned and went straight to her brother's block, and finally broke through the block and merged into the East China Sea. The place where she turned around formed the famous "First Bay of the Yangtze River" landscape. It is a famous town in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, named after a drum-shaped stone tablet carved with white marble. The stone tablet has a diameter of 1.5m and a thickness of 0.7m and is protected by a pavilion. According to legend, during the Three Kingdoms period, Zhuge Liang "crossed the Lugu River in May" near Shigu, and built this monument to save foreigners after pacifying Nanzhong. According to folklore, there was a crack on the edge of the drum, and the world was in chaos, so the drum cracked itself, and it was peaceful and stable, and the drum closed itself. 1936, the Red Army's Long March also crossed the river to the north. Shigu Town is 70 kilometers away from Lijiang County. On the hill at the corner of Jinsha River, there is a drum-shaped stone tablet carved from white marble, hence the name. On the Jiangwan levee on the right side of Shigu Monument, there is a Yangliulin berm; On the left side of the monument, a swift river flows into the river. Tiehongqiao Bridge is built on the river, with a length of17m. It is covered with wooden boards and protected by chains on both sides. Naxi language calls this place Ciba, which means the land of tigers roaring or the flower of tigers. Luopo, recorded in the History of Yuan Dynasty, was the earliest residence of Zhang Guan, a civil servant of Chahan, and Fu Xuan Department of Lijiang Road in Yuan Dynasty. It was also a strategic place to go south to Dali and north to Tibetan areas in ancient times. In 253, Kublai Khan divided his forces to attack the rear of the Southern Song Dynasty, and Uriyangqatai went all the way west, that is, crossing the river at Judian and Shigu. 1April, 936, He Long led the Red Second Army to cross the river to the north, and the existing Red Army Long March Monument, cultural relics showroom and Shigu Red Army Long March sculpture crossed the river, which were listed as cultural relics protection units and patriotic education bases in Yunnan Province.
The Chongjiang River, which originated in Laojun Mountain, also flows into Jinsha River here. There is an iron cable bridge on the river, which was built in the 13th year of Guangxu (1887). It is named Tiehongqiao because it looks like a lying wave of Changhong. The bridge is ten feet wide and five feet long. There are gatehouses on both sides of the bridge, and there are two trapped cards, namely Shangtianmen and Xiatianmen, which are lucky. This bridge was originally proposed by Zhou Lanping, a stone drum juren in Qing Dynasty. In the 21st year of the Republic of China (1933), the bridge was destroyed by flood, and Lai, a gentleman of Lijiang River, donated money to preside over the reconstruction. From 65438 to 0985, the local people's government comprehensively rectified Tiehongqiao. Zhou He, a famous calligrapher, wrote couplets on Hongqiao respectively, which vividly described the scenery here. Shigu area is not only rich in humanities, but also beautiful in scenery and rich in products, and is known as the "Little Jiangnan" on the plateau. Here, the river flows gently, the valley is wide, the terraces are layered, the spring color is white, the wheat waves turn blue, the rape flowers are golden, the autumn rice is fragrant, and the melons and fruits are full of gardens, which is in harmony with the village. The willows by the river are like belts, the trees are tall and straight, the crown is dense, and the beach is covered, which is particularly cool. This was the camp of the Red Army in those days, and now it has become an ideal place for people to spend the summer. Three kilometers up the river is Shimen Pass, which has always been famous for its dangers. According to legend, Shi Wansui, the general of Sui Dynasty, opened this pass when he levied Yunnan, and the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties all stationed troops here, making it a battleground for military strategists. According to a folk proverb, there are more gold, silver and money than stone drums in Shimen. Someone can guess, buy a house in Lijiang. This sentence vividly implies the strategic significance of Shigu to Lijiang.
The first bay of the Yangtze River is 50 kilometers away from Lijiang County. It is not only an important scenic spot in Lijiang, but also a hub connecting Tiger Leaping Gorge, Laojun Mountain and Meili Snow Mountain.
