Liu Jincheng, a famous calligrapher, was born in Xi, 1955. He loved calligraphy since childhood and has been engaged in artistic creation for a long time. His works have won many awards at the national, provincial and municipal levels.
He studied in Ceng Xiang Calligraphy Studio of China National Painting Academy, a member of Shandong Calligraphy and Painting Society, a member of Shandong Calligraphy Association and a director of the Municipal Calligraphy Association.
