1. Wang Chong
Wang Chong (27 AD - about 97 AD), named Zhongren, was born in Shangyu, Kuaiji (now Zhejiang). Thinker and literary critic of the Eastern Han Dynasty.
Wang Chong was born in an "isolated family". He was smart and studious since he was a child, well-read and good at debating. Later, he left his hometown and went to Luoyang, the capital, to study at Taixue, where he studied under Ban Biao.
