Perhaps you will be surprised that WeChat reading can be read for free, and e-commerce purchases only need 20 yuan. Why do you want to copy? It doesn't mean that in ancient times, resources were scarce and we couldn't afford them, so we had to copy them. Why do you want to do such a thankless thing?
In fact, when I first started copying, I had no idea.
Before copying this heart, I also tried to surpass other books, such as Liu Yong's semi-autobiographical inspirational prose collection. I would rather be lonely than vulgar, such as the Analects of Confucius and the Book of Songs, but they all ended in failure.
Therefore, I did not find pleasure in copying books, but added a lot of painful memories.
When copying prose, it is painful to copy it every day because of its long length, and I cut my palm several times because of overexertion.
When copying Chinese classics, because it is obscure, I often copy the next sentence and forget the next one. I have a headache at the thought of copying books.
However, more than one big coffee recommended: copying books and reading.
It just means that I haven't found the knack of copying books yet.
So, I made a profound reflection:
1. The selected notebook is not suitable.
I am a person who likes visiting bookstores and stationery stores, especially buying books.
Especially those hardcover books with beautiful covers and many pages are really my favorites.
Even if you buy it, you will be inexplicably happy.
Beauty is beauty, and the mood is good, but it is not the most comfortable to use.
After all, when we use a notebook, we always write the negative side, and the positive side will do. If you write on the reverse side, you should pad the notebook at the beginning because it is too thick. In the later stage of writing, turning pages too thick will affect the writing speed.
In a word, such a book is useless.
When I copied this thick book, I happened to be copying prose. Originally, because of the large number of words, the copying was soft and the copying posture was uncomfortable. It's just one head and two big ones. I stuck to half a book and finally gave up.
Later, I changed to a stationery store, and the cheapest one became a "dozen" soft cover book. Like a duck to water, my mother is no longer worried about my copying books.
2. The selected content is inappropriate.
In the early days, I copied long prose and classics of Chinese studies, but I didn't insist on it, because it was too long and because I couldn't understand it.
As far as reading experience is concerned, I personally feel that Mr. Liu Yong's prose collection is more comfortable than the book Heart.
After all, the descriptions of the two books are different. One focuses on literary talent and the other on documentary. Naturally, literary talent is superior in pleasing to the eye.
But this book has a fatal flaw-its length is too long.
My copying speed is not slow, but it takes at least 1.5 hours to copy a composition. If the length is long, it will take two hours to copy all the articles.
It's tiring to concentrate for two hours, not to mention copying books. It's hard to concentrate on reading.
Therefore, during the period of copying prose, I was exhausted physically and mentally. Obviously, this won't last long.
As for the classics of Chinese studies, as mentioned above, the foundation is weak, the understanding is not in place, the obscurity is unknown, and the copying pressure is great.
After changing the book "Heart", its setting is structured. I can choose to copy only one section every day. This length is not long, it can be completed in about 30-40 minutes every day, which relieves a lot of my psychological pressure. In addition, the author narrated in the form of entrustment, so there was no obstacle to reading, and I was in a good mood, and the task was completed quickly.
3. Hope is too great
At first, I copied books, but I didn't straighten my mind, thinking about eating into a fat man. I always thought that after I finished copying a book, I could be in an invincible position in the Jianghu, like Zhang Wuji, and cultivate a great move of Gankun.
So, when I copied it halfway, I found that it was not as powerful as I thought, and that spirit relaxed.
There is no motivation to continue copying.
After reflection, I readjusted my mind, divided a book into many sections, chose a cheap and affordable one, and spent a month copying the first one.
For a man who has worked for three minutes, this is really a milestone victory.
So I struck while the iron was hot, asked the teacher to recommend a book about thinking and copied it down.
You think I just copied it once?
No, except copying, I now record audio every day, which is equivalent to watching the copied content again. This will not only deepen the impression, but also find places that have not been noticed before and make further thinking.
In fact, whether copying books or recording, we have only one purpose, that is, to read the books thoroughly.
When you find that you can't learn anything just by looking at yourself, you should find a more effective way.
For me, copying books and recording are effective.
Because I found that after reading it twice, I can easily remember the contents of the book when I read another book or watch a scene. That is what we often say, apply what we have learned.
Isn't this the original intention of our study?
If you are still worried about reading, you might as well try copying books and recording them. Maybe there will be unexpected gains.
Finally, summarize the experience of copying books:
First, choose a good notebook, don't pursue fancy, copy is convenient and comfortable, and most importantly.
Second, choose a book that you are very interested in and is not too long. When you finish copying the first book, your confidence will soar, which is conducive to the next step.
Third, don't think about eating into a fat man, put a correct attitude towards learning, and complete reading and learning as a lifelong career.
