Feng, also known as 1947, is from Qingyuan, Guangdong. Graduated from Jinan University, completed the postgraduate course of calligraphy art education in Capital Normal University in 2002-2004. He is currently a member of China Calligraphers Association, director of Guangdong Calligraphers Association, vice president and office director of Guangzhou Calligraphers Association, and deputy director and associate professor of Calligraphy Department of Guangzhou Painting and Calligraphy Institute.

As a young man, he has a soft spot for calligraphy. He studied the calligraphy posts of Zhong You, Wang Xizhi, Yan Zhenqing, Mi Fei, Zhao Mengfu, Xian Yushu, Wen Zhiming, Dong Qichang, Wang Duo and other sages under the guidance of contemporary calligraphers such as Xie Jiayin, Li Quzhai, Huang Zihou, Zeng Jingchong and Ouyang Zhongshi. He has been engaged in calligraphy education in colleges and universities since 1990s, and his calligraphy level has been continuously improved. His works have successively won more than 20 awards, including the Silver Award in the National Calligraphy Competition to commemorate the 0/00th anniversary of Chairman Mao's birthday, the second prize in the first meticulous fan exhibition in Guangdong Province, the third Nanya Calligraphy Award in Guangdong Province, the Excellence Award in the 20th China-China Calligraphy Exhibition organized by the Calligraphers Association, the Excellence Award in the 4th National Calligraphy and Seal Cutting TV Competition, and the special prize in the 5th Guangzhou People's Calligraphy Competition. He has been selected for the 7th National Exhibition of Young and Middle-aged Calligraphy and Seal Cutting Works, the 2nd and 4th China-Korea Calligraphy Exhibition, the 1st, 3rd and 4th National Women's Calligraphy Exhibition, and the Sino-Japanese Calligraphy Exchange Exhibition. His works are widely collected by people at home and abroad and museums.
