2. Calligraphy

At the beginning, I basically needed to spend 1- 1.5 hours practicing calligraphy every day. In practice, it is worthwhile now.

At the beginning, the purpose of writing was to record my life, so that I could write my feelings and feelings. Sometimes there is a difference between yesterday and today. Because of a book, because of one thing, or because ... a person's self-awareness is changing. Record this moment, when a person looks back, he will feel as if he was in front of him at that time. In the process of continuous recording, you will find that it has many benefits, such as combing the mood at the moment, relieving your emotions and adjusting your current state. At the same time, find like-minded friends to communicate, learn from each other, encourage each other, and grow and progress together.

For the sake of good health, we should also arrange exercise every day. Walking, hiking, running, body shaping and dancing are my sports methods. In fact, exercise can also stimulate our potential. For me, it can stimulate our brains and cheer us up. So when I was depressed and decadent, I spread out the yoga mat and began to shape, and then my mental state soared immediately. I find it particularly useful. It can not only lose our fat, but also improve our physical fitness, and will not give up because of various preconditions (such as rain, too far from the gym, etc.). ).
I have adhered to the above four things well this year, which can also improve my body, mind and mind. Of course, we have to keep going. With these persistence, we can naturally build our own quality life and arrange a trip once in a while to make our life colorful.
