To overcome hand tremors as soon as possible, the following measures can be taken:
1, we must first eliminate excessive "serious" psychology. Put aside the red tape of starting and closing the pen. When you are a beginner, you only need to make a center, whether it is horizontal or vertical. When walking, keep the pen tip behind, walk along the center line, and don't "sweep the floor". The broom is pointed at the side. First, only practice the strokes in the center and gradually write the strokes straight.
2. If the first step is solid, you must learn to "twist the pen". Because there are "small movements" such as entering the pen and turning the pen tip, when entering the pen, the nib is often not in the middle (the horizontal pen is on the upper side and the vertical pen is on the left side), so it is necessary to twist the pen and gently rub the pen holder with your thumb and forefinger to make the nib return to the middle of the stroke.
3. With the proficiency of strokes, pay attention to the beginning, falling, line and closing of each stroke, and write all strokes as "very similar". Calligraphy is called stippling.
4. Lay a good foundation for strokes and then enter the "knot". That is, the shelf structure of Chinese characters. At this time, your hands will stop shaking. Try to make the words look like copybooks.
The above process belongs to beginners, not "calligraphy". Entering the hall of "calligraphy" requires long-term practice, observation, pondering and extensive dabbling, accumulation and imagination.
