The History and Culture of Taoranting Park

Wang Meng Phnom Penh

Wang refers to Wang Duo in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties, named after his ancestral home in Jin Meng, Henan. Wang died in February of the ninth year of Shunzhi (1652), when there was no Taoranting. The tablet of the king contained in the Collection of Cottage in the Eastern Zhou Dynasty should be written by an nunnery, and then hung with Taoranting.

"Taoran" card

The "Taoran" plaque is the forehead of Taoran Pavilion. The word "Tao Ran" was written in calligraphy on the plaque. Department: Inscription on Jiang Zao in Hanyang in the midsummer of Kangxi Yihai. Kangxi Yihai was the thirty-fourth year of Kangxi (1695). Pavilion builder Jiang Zao wrote a title for Taoranting. "Taoran" takes its meaning from the sentence "Be more mature with Ju family, be drunk with you and be Taoran" in the poem "Drink with Meng De for a while". In the preface to Jiang Zao's Poem Tao Ran Yin, the so-called poem "I remember Bai Letian's saying" Get drunk and Tao Ran ".I don't drink it, but I came here from the dust of nine songs and I am fascinated by it." And the poem "Although the structure is a little impulsive, Huaimei's small signature is Tao Ran" all refer to this plaque.

"Dide is like a mirror" plaque

The plaque used to be upstairs in Wenchang Pavilion, but it is still hanging in its original place. The plaque is engraved with four characters: "Emperor Jian has virtue", which reads: "Daoguang Chen Jia, then Jing Shu". Wenchang Pavilion was originally dedicated to the Jade Emperor. This plaque is in front of the shrine of the Jade Emperor. Upstairs and downstairs in Wenchang Pavilion, many plaques were hung in the past, but now there is only one plaque that says "Emperor Jian has virtue".

Cai Jin quan Lian

Cai Jinquan's couplet reads: "The guest is drunk * * * Tao Ran, and the cool wind blows around to wake up; If you are full, you will have fun, and you will be idle for a few days in a hundred years. " Department: "Daoguang Bingwu (26 years 1846) Taoranting was rebuilt and completed in midsummer". The bottom line has been lost, only the top line is left, which is kept in Taoranting reference room.

Weng Fang Lian Gang

Weng Fanggang's couplet reads: "No one came to Yanzang Ancient Temple; The couch leans against the deep hall for one month. " Weng Fanggang (1733— 18 18), a famous scholar in the middle of Qing Dynasty, was called the Western Qin Dynasty and Su Zhai. During his stay in Beijing, Weng Fanggang traveled with Huang Jingren to Taoranting and Yaotai, and wrote couplets for Taoranting. This couplet was originally written by Weng Fanggang. During Guangxu period, Jing Ming, the abbot of Bates buddhist nun, asked Weng Tonghe to supplement the book. The rubbings are kept in Beijing Library. 199 1 April, Taoranting Park was copied according to the rubbings and hung on the pillars in front of Taoranting.

The couplet is: "It seems that I heard that Tao ordered three roads to be opened; Take Amitabha to a Buddhist shrine. Poems in Khan Garden

Tao Ranting's Poems

Tao Ranting's poem written by Wang Chang. Wang Chang (1725— 1807) was born in Qingpu, Jiangsu Province (present-day Shanghai), whose names were Telford, Lanquan and An Shu. In the 19th year of Qianlong's examination, he was a scholar and was the right assistant minister of punishments. He is known as one of the seven sons of Wu Zhong. During the thirty-nine to forty-two years of Qianlong, he invited Yu, Xu Shushou, Wang Fu and Hu Yuanjin to hold a banquet in Taoranting, and wrote Poems of Taoranting, which was written by his son Wang in official language and embedded in the wall of Taoranting.
