Xie Yun's introduction

Xie Yun (1929.9—), formerly known as Xie Shengpei, was born in Sandamiao Village, Longgang Town, Cangnan County, Zhejiang Province. Professional title editor, famous editor, calligrapher and poet. When I was young, I studied in my hometown Chongde Primary School, Yishan High School, Pingyang Middle School and Ruian High School, and then graduated from the journalism department of Renmin University of China. Xie Yun joined the revolutionary student movement in middle school, 1948 joined the guerrillas in southern Zhejiang after graduating from high school, and 1950 joined the China * * * production party. Now he is a consultant of China Calligraphers Association and a member of Chinese Writers Association. Xie Yunyou studied calligraphy and poetry with his tutor. At the age of six, I began to study Yan and Liu with my father, and then studied seal and official script. After 1980, it was widely involved in the Wei and Jin Dynasties, Han tablet, seal script, bird and insect seal script and other variant characters, which integrated seal script, official script, line and grass. Calligraphy pictographs are beautiful, clumsy and spicy, and grass seal characters are particularly changeable, with inscriptions on bronze, birds and insects as their unique charm. Master Liu Haisu commented on Xie Yun's calligraphy: "Strange but not strange, not strange but strange, quite relaxed." Calligraphy works were selected for the Second National Calligraphy Exhibition, and the "Xie Yun Calligraphy Exhibition" was held in China Art Museum in June1989+1October, which had a great influence since then.
