Nanxiang calligraphy
Not a boat, built in the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, it was originally the owner's painting and calligraphy boat, and Wuzhong calligrapher Zhu Zhishan wrote the word "not a boat" for it. After it was destroyed, it was re-valued by famous doctors and red parties in Qing Dynasty. There is a couplet written by Liao Shoufeng, a scholar in the late Qing Dynasty: "Spring water is more than eaves; Lotus leaves are seven minutes fragrant. During the Tongzhi period of Qing Dynasty, Huang Mingxian, the founder of Nanxiang Steamed Bread, was famous for its thin skin, large stuffing, rich juice and beautiful shape, and became a famous snack in Shanghai at home and abroad.
