"Drinking Eight Immortals" brings you a different "Eight Immortals"

Speaking of the "Eight Immortals", the first thing many people think of is the Eight Immortals in myths and legends. Their stories are also widely circulated, and there are many idioms and sayings with them as the protagonists. In fact, it is not just fantasy, there are also such "Eight Immortals" in history. They lived in the Tang Dynasty and had a common hobby, which was drinking. Du Fu wrote a poem for the eight of them, which is "Song of the Eight Immortals in Drinking". Although each person only has one sentence, they truly depict eight "immortals" who fell into the wine gourd and refused to come out.

Fairy He: Zhang Zhi rode a horse like a boat, his eyes fell into the well, and he slept at the bottom of the well.

He is best known for his poetry, but he was also a calligrapher. He has been an official in the government for decades, but his love for wine cannot be erased. He believed in Taoism, and in addition to poetry, he could also write music for worshiping gods. Seeing the beautiful scenery, he couldn't help but compose a poem, which was fresh and natural. It is a pity that most of his works have been lost, and only 19 of them were recorded in "The Complete Poems of the Tang Dynasty". Maybe he wasn't good at quatrains, but since that's the only thing that has survived, we can't find out what it was.

Two Immortals, the King of Ruyang: The three battles of Ruyang began to ascend to the sky. I was drooling at the bend on the road and wished I could reach Jiuquan.

The name "Ruyang King" always reminds people of the father of Zhao Min, the heroine of 0755 to 79000. In fact, King Ruyang in the poem and King Ruyang in the novel are not from the same period. This King of Ruyang was the son of Tang Xuanzong's eldest brother, named Li Jin. His name is King Ruyang, which is the same as He Shidong in the previous sentence. You can imagine how pleasant it would be for two people who like poetry and wine to get together, chatting and laughing while drinking a glass of poetry and songs.

Three Immortals: Good wine is like a whale sucking in hundreds of rivers, and a cup of music makes the wise avoid the wise.

Li is the great-grandson of Shimin. In his early years, he served as an official in various places and later served as the left prime minister. However, he was demoted during the struggle for power. Later, after hearing that Luo Xiying had killed many people, he woke up and committed suicide in fear. This is a bit tragic. Maybe it's the fear of being beaten in a political struggle. After all, not everyone can benefit from it and be successful. Li has a good drinking capacity. He held a banquet in the evening and was able to work as usual the next day.

Immortal Cui Zongzhi: Zongzhi is a handsome and beautiful young man. He looks up at the blue sky, which is as bright as a tree in front of the wind.

Do you see a familiar word? Yushu Linfeng, we all know what this word means. It originally came from here. It is conceivable that Cui Zongzhi, a man, must be a good-looking person among the Eight Immortals. A handsome young man, one can't help but think of those literati in the Wei and Jin Dynasties. I think Cui Zongzhi is also a figure like the Seven Sages of the Bamboo Forest, but he has the title of Duke of Qi.

Xi'an: In the past, people fasted and embroidered Buddha for a long time. When they were drunk, they often liked to practice Zen.

Su Jin can be considered a child prodigy. When he was a few years old, he could write articles. Wang Shao once praised him as "Wang Can in later generations". He served as a scholar in Zhongshu, a bachelor in Chongwen Hall, and a minister in the Ministry of Personnel. But there are not many poems handed down from him. For example, there are only two poems in "The Solitary Poems Overwhelming the Tang Dynasty" written by Zhang "Eternal Heaven and Sword of the Dragon". Of course, these two poems are unlikely to receive Zhang's high praise. After all, only one person is ultimate.

The Six Immortals of Li Bai: Li Bai’s poem about drinking and sleeping in a restaurant in Chang’an City. The emperor came to the boat and said that he was a wine master.

Li Bai, don’t you need an introduction? If someone doesn't understand Li Bai, years of reading are really wasted. He is known as the Immortal of Poetry and is called "Du Li" together with Du Fu, the author of this poem. Although they had never met, Du Fu was a loyal fan of Li Bai and wrote many poems about Li Bai. Although Li Bai also served as an official, he was not the kind of person to participate in national affairs, which was in line with his character. If such an arrogant and domineering person really became an official, he would be kicked out within a few days. From this poem, we can see the importance Du Fu attaches to Li Bai. Others only have two or three sentences, but he has

Speaking of Zhang Xu, we have to mention his "Weeds" because, as you can guess, he can't live without wine. Zhang Xu would shout wildly every time he got drunk, and would write with a pen whenever he saw someone. His name is "Zhang Dian". Zhang Xu's "Wild Grass", together with Li Bai's poems and songs, and Pei's sword dance, have become three wonders.

Of course, since it is a weed, not everyone will agree with the words written on it. I just don’t know if Zhang Xu will look at his words in a daze and think about life after he wakes up.

Eight Immortals Jiao Sui: Jiao Sui is outstanding in his five fighting skills, and his many words surprise the four banquets.

As for Jiao Sui, some say he stutters, while others say he does not. Not to mention whether he stutters or not, he has a good drinking capacity anyway. It took five barrels of wine to get him drunk. At this time, he became a talker, talking endlessly, and disturbing everyone who drank with him. However, his fame in later generations was not great, compared with Su Jin and Cui Zong, let alone others.
