Brief introduction of Guo Zhao

Guo Zhao (772-831), born in Huazhou Zheng (now Huazhou, Shaanxi Province), was a minister and consort of the Tang Dynasty. The grandson of Guo Ziyi, the king of Fenyang, his father Ai Guo and his mother Princess Shengping. The life princess's mother is her daughter, Guo Zhao's wife Shen Shi (Su Shen), and Shen Shi's mother is the matriarch Princess Lin. Guo has three sons, Guo Zhonggong and Guo Zhongci. Guo Zhongci married Princess Raoyang of Tang Muzong. Guo Zhonggong married Princess Jintang, a woman from Tang Muzong, and became a government official.
