Brief introduction of Gu Xiangyang

Born in Jiaxiang, Shandong Province, 1944. Professor, Department of Oriental Studies, Peking University. Member of China Calligraphers Association. It has been more than 45 years since 1966. Editor-in-chief 16 couplet120,000 words. Nearly 6000 couplets were created. He wrote more than 800,000 words about the theory of couplets. He is also the vice president of China Couplet Association, the director of Calligraphy Art Committee and the vice president of Peking University Calligraphy Association.
